How to use it
Open the planner in Excel or Google Sheets. For each market and carrier, enter the date the parcel must arrive by, then either the carrier’s published last ship date or its transit time in business days. Add your own pick-and-pack time and a safety buffer, and the planner calculates your last order date and a simple reminder schedule.
Carriers publish their holiday dates each autumn and can change them, so check their websites before you publish your own dates.
