How to use it
Open the workbook in Excel or Google Sheets, replace the example values in the yellow cells with your own, and read the verdict under each calculator. Your Shopify reports give you average order value and orders; product costs come from each product’s cost per item; fees and shipping from your provider invoices.
The figures are planning estimates. They leave out returns, taxes, marketing spend and the lifetime value of new customers, so treat them as a floor for the decision rather than a forecast.
